Above and beyond!! Amber and her team were so incredible to work with! Amber sat down with me and my wife to review our finances and help us figure out a budget for our first home. Little did I know, only a month or so would pass before we all sat down and signed the closing documents. Amber was SO accommodating to our schedules. Being an elementary school teacher means that I don’t have a lot of flexible hours during the work week. Amber found time on weekends and even late on weekdays to sit down and help figure everything out. Whenever I had a question, or if I needed part of the process explained, she would call me and put me at ease. As we found homes at different price points, Amber crunched the numbers to help us see the full financial scope. She probably ran the numbers at least 10 times, yet was somehow always patient and happy to help us feel comfortable and confident! She truly went above and beyond to ensure that the process was smooth and efficient.
